1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are available only if the product or service is non-functional or cannot be delivered as described. You must request a refund within 24 hours of delivery. Refund requests made after 24 hours will not be entertained unless there is a proven technical issue on our end.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Products that have been successfully delivered and are working as described.
- Subscription-based services where the account has already been activated and used.
- Change of mind or ordered by mistake without prior cancellation before delivery.
- Bulk or wholesale orders unless entirely defective.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us on WhatsApp with your order details and the reason for the refund. Our team will verify the issue and process eligible refunds within 3-5 business daysto the original payment method or via UPI.
4. Replacement Policy
In most cases, we offer a free replacement instead of a refund if the product stops working within the stated warranty period. Replacements are typically processed within minutes.
